You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase or use Moore Solutions’ services. By accessing or purchasing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Moore Solutions provides digital services, which may include, but are not limited to:

marketing automation, AI systems, follow-up systems, consulting, digital assets, setup services, and related business services.

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Moore Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

• All payments are due in full at the time of purchase.

• Subscription services are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise specified). By subscribing, you authorize Moore Solutions to charge your payment method on file for recurring payments.
  
• Failure to complete payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
  
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
  
  

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, all sales are generally final. Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

• A written request must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.
  
• You must clearly explain the reason for the request.
  
• Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Moore Solutions.
  

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
  
• Failure to use the service
  
• Lack of results
  
• Failure to implement provided systems
  
• Subscription renewals after the initial billing period
  
  

If a refund is approved, access to all services, systems, and materials will be immediately revoked. By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Moore Solutions. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date by providing written notice via email. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

Moore Solutions makes no guarantees regarding income, revenue, leads, conversions, business growth, or specific results. Any examples, projections, or testimonials are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guaranteed outcomes. Business results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your business complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

• Federal and state marketing laws
  
• SMS regulations (including A2P 10DLC and TCPA)
  
• Email marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM)
  
• Data protection and privacy laws
  
  

Moore Solutions is not responsible for account suspensions, penalties, fines, or legal consequences resulting from your actions or misuse of services.

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you may receive SMS messages from Moore Solutions for:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
  
• Missed call follow-ups
  
• Service updates and notifications related to your inquiry

Moore Solutions is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages due to carrier issues.

All systems, processes, workflows, templates, scripts, materials, and strategies provided remain the sole intellectual property of Moore Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any materials without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moore Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Moore Solutions in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moore Solutions from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and legal fees arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
  
• Your misuse of services
  
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  

Moore Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
  
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct
  
• Abuse or misuse the services
  
  

No refunds will be issued in the event of termination for violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Moore Solutions regarding the use of services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

By purchasing or using Moore Solutions’ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
